Lunescape is committed to ethical and sustainable fashion. As part of this commitment, Lunescape does not sell products made with real animal fur if they were produced after 2022. Any products found to be unintentionally out of accordance with this policy will be immediately and permanently removed.

Products Covered by the Fur-Free Policy

In accordance with the Fur Free Retailer program’s definition, Lunescape defines fur as:

Any animal skin or part of it with attached hair or fur fibers, whether raw or processed, from animals bred or trapped specifically for their fur.

Excluded from this definition:

Skins processed into leather with the hair or fur completely removed.
Materials clipped, shorn, or combed from live animals (e.g., fleece, shearling, alpaca).
Leather or hair-on-hide materials typically used as leather (e.g., cowhide with hair).
High-quality synthetic alternatives designed to replicate the appearance of fur.

To ensure compliance, we exclusively work with brands that align with our values, and each supplier undergoes an annual audit to verify adherence to our cruelty-free policy. 1. The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

The Estée Lauder Companies do not conduct animal testing on their products or ingredients and are dedicated to eliminating animal testing worldwide. However, they acknowledge that certain regulatory bodies may still require testing for safety or legal compliance.

L'Oréal has invested in alternative testing methods for over 30 years, including reconstructed skin models. They state that they do not test products or ingredients on animals anywhere in the world but note that some health authorities may still mandate testing in certain regions.
