Khecari Mudra: Opening of the Third Eye Or Pineal Gland

Khecari Mudra is a mudra that is believed to be able to open up the third eye or pineal gland. The third eye or pineal gland is a small endocrine gland found in the vertebrate brain. It has been called the "mind's eye" and is thought to be responsible for regulating consciousness, sleep, and dreaming. Khecari Mudra is also said to have the power to balance the hormones of the body, as well as provide relief from headaches, migraines, and sinusitis.

Khecari Mudra is an ancient yogic practice that is said to help with opening the third eye or pineal gland. This mudra is often used in meditation and can be practiced by anyone with a few minutes to spare. The third eye or pineal gland is said to be the center of intuition and self-knowledge, so it's no surprise that this mudra is used for its ability to enhance intuitive abilities.

Khecari Mudra is an ancient yogic technique.

The Khecari Mudra is an ancient yogic technique that is said to open the third eye or pineal gland. The mudra is performed by pointing the index finger at the tip of your nose, with your thumb resting on your forehead. It can be done for five minutes or more, or it can be done as a series of short bursts. The Khecari Mudra is said to cleanse the chakras and to balance energy in the body.

It has many benefits, including opening the third eye.

The Khecari Mudra is a yogic mudra that is said to stimulate the pineal gland, also known as the third eye. This gland is responsible for regulating sleep and wake cycles and has been linked to psychic abilities.

How to do Khecari Mudra:

To do Khecari Mudra, you will need to sit in a comfortable position and then close your eyes. Next, place the index and middle fingers on your forehead between your eyebrows. Press in and massage the area for a few seconds. The next step is to gently press the tips of your fingers up and towards each other until they touch. You should feel a slight pressure on your forehead. Hold this position for 10-15 minutes.

Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position on the floor or on a chair.

Place your hands on your knees with your right hand on top of your left. Keep the tips of your thumbs touching each other. Close your eyes and focus on the point between your eyebrows. Breathe deeply and slowly, counting to ten. As you breathe, imagine a beam of light entering through the point between your eyebrows. Imagine this light traveling down through the back of your neck, into the center of your head, then spreading out to fill your whole body.

Place your hands on your knees, palms up, with the left hand on top of the right hand.

This mudra is a powerful way to stimulate the pineal gland and open up the third eye. The pineal gland is a small endocrine gland in the brain that produces melatonin. It's also called the “mind’s eye,” because it produces serotonin which helps regulate mood and sleep cycles. When the third eye is open, you can see things in your mind’s eye without actually seeing them.
